Practice Preparation


Clothing

  • 50° and below: layered clothes. Long sleeve sweatshirt / jacket and sweat pants / warm-up pants required.
  • 51° and above: layered clothes still suggested, jacket and pants may be removed if needed.
  • 70° and above: shorts and t-shirt are accepted.
  • Rainy weather: see 51° and above.

Diet

  • Food: Do not skip any meals during practice days. Lunches should be low in fat and high in protein and carbohydrates.
  • Liquids: No carbonated drinks. 50 oz of water should be consumed during the school day.
